As of today Monday 1, 2015 Mr. Mike Smith will be returning to his employment at Juniata Valley School District. A court has cleared him of all wrongdoing and the Juniata Valley Board of Education has been given no choice but to allow him to come back. We have won this war but we must never forget the pain and suffering that this administration caused an innocent man and his family.
