Dogs feel just as we do. If they must be outside, they should not be chained and have an insulated dog house. Hounds INCLUDED! If these are work animals (agriculture) and are making you a profit or making a job for you easier, they deserve to be treated humanly! Round barrels, an igloo dog house, or plywood nailed together or they have to live in holes in the ground are not proper shelters. They are very hot in the summer and retain the cold in the winter.  

 Dog's were meant to be man's best friend.  Maybe it's time they get treated as such no matter what the breed or purpose! Time to unchain and Shelter our animals Idaho!

All dogs who live outside must have an insulated dog house (4 sides, a roof, and a floor) just to be clear. Must be weatherproof for all seasons, and must be inside a kennel which is a proper size for the given dog! NO ANIMAL SHOULD LIVE A LIFE ON A CHAIN!

Time to unchain Idaho and shelter all our animals! Time to stop animal abuse! Time to take a stand and do the right thing. Animals breathe air, need water and food, no different than humans. They have personalities and minds, They feel pain and suffer the same as we do, THEY ARE NOT PROPERTY, isn't it time to protect them, enforce laws to do so, and then ENFORCE THEM? Getting three chances to harm them is not acceptable! We need a big fine, jail time, removal of animals. 

WE ARE THEIR VOICE WILL YOU SPEAK FOR THEM? DOGS ARE NOT PROPERTY! THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE CLEAR!
