Withdrawal of the Order of Distinction to David Rodigan from the Jamaican Government

Withdrawal of the Order of Distinction to David Rodigan from the Jamaican Government
The Issue
We the concerned supporters of Reggae demand that the JLP Prime Minister of Jamaica, Andrew Holness and Olivia Grange the Culture minister in Jamaica must withdraw the Jamaican government’s wrong cultural move in announcing their decision to award David Rodigan a British citizen the Order of Distinction,O.D. for our Reggae music. This behaviour is all the more insulting because Owen Gray a singer-songwriter and musician who began his recording career in 1957, Duke Vin the first Sound System man in Britain in 1955, Lloyd Coxsone producer, promoter and sound system, Tony Williams radio DJ and promoter and numerous Jamaicans of like calibre have not been awarded Orders of Distinction. Please sign this petition because the JLP government of Andrew Holness and Culture Minister Olivia Grange are refusing to post this petition on the Jamaican government website under the false and dishonest guise of they are reviewing my petition before they post it.This means that the JLP regime does not want a petition against their unpatriotic act of awarding an undeserving non-Jamaican an O.D. award which should have gone to one of the numerous qualified Jamaicans. The JLP government of Jamaica has no right to tell people what to petition about and we must defeat this dictatorial attempt by the JLP regime to censor and stop the right of people to petition because the Jamaican government website also demands that one must be a Jamaican citizen to be able to petition and this is a gross violation of the human right to petition irrespective of one's citizenship.
