On February 4th, 2021, officials captured a disturbing photo of an unidentified dog off the streets of Jaipur, India. The dog is clearly malnourished and neglected. Witnesses have claimed they have seen the dog undergo abuse, as well. The dog has not been seen since the day the photo was taken. By leaving a signature, you are helping us raise awareness. Our goal is to be able to hire a private investigator in Jaipur to rescue the dog, then we will be able to find it a loving home.
