Posting this heartbreaking article for awareness to pet owners.

There needs to be strict laws in place to protect our babies from neglectful people (both owners and workers) and irresponsible companies!

I believe jail time should be in place for such a horrendous act of negligence and cruelty! 
(Especially since it's the second (known) dog Scott has murdered)

Also the persons responsible should never be allowed to own or work for any animal services! 
 The company should be charged/held accountable for keeping such a person on staff as well as improper training it's staff. 

It's disgusting. 

Nothing can bring that poor dog back or bring peace to his family but I'd like to see Scott in jail, and never allowed to own or work with pets again and the company charged and shutdown. 

There needs to be a formal training course for pet walkers/sitters and any employee dealing with animals. 
Stricter rules for companies and training courses/certification before they can hire anyone off the street who decides they want to be a dog-walker because they know how to walk. 

I hope action is taken against Fun Dog and Scott Howley, please spread this around.
