The Issue
On December 31st 2021, 15 year old Alexis Hughan was struck and killed in a hit and run. Randal J. Rolison has been charged with a Class D felony, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving a death.
On December 3rd 2022, Randal Rolison was involved in yet another fatal crash where he failed to come to a stop at a stop sign, crashing into 71 year old's Gary Kraemer’s car, resulting in the passenger, 71 year old Linda Kraemer, being ejected from the car and being pronounced dead on the scene.
Please Note:
This is the second fatal crash tied to Rolison within the span of less than a year, the second life taken. He is a danger to the community as a whole. He should be behind bars, not behind the wheel at all. This petition aims to jail Rolison, raise his bail, and revoke his license.
It is not safe with Randal Rolison behind the wheel.
