Please Fire Trent Baalke.

I am creating this petition in hopes that it will reach the right people in the Jacksonville Jaguars organization to make a change.

Trent Baalke has to be let go this off-season. He is not the solution, he is a part of the problem. He is known to not get along well with Head Coaches, and has time and time again selected multiple questionable draft picks and busts. Retaining Trent Baalke will drastically make it harder to hire a reputable Head Coach as well as make him want to stay here after dealing with Baalke. Urban Meyer was not the only issue with this front office, Trent Baalke is the head of this disaster of a season and he needs to join Urban by walking out the door.

I along with thousands of other fans believe Shad Khan can and will do the right thing so that we can finally get this organization turned around for the better. 

Please spread this around and let’s hope to get enough traction and signatures to get Shad Khan and/or at least someone in connection with him to show how the fans really feel.
