This Petition is for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to REJECT any and ALL FUTURE Low Income and Tax Credit based properties in CYPRESS, TEXAS (77429 and 77433). Two properties located in 77429 are in the application process for tax credits as of February, 2015:
