Actualización de la peticiónMake English an Official Language of New ZealandLooking for the Government under "New Zealand Government"?

For any overseas person or institution looking to do business with this country, finding the Government under this label would be extremely difficult.

We are increasingly finding the Maori phrase in bold lettering and the English name for an institution in weak or smaller script, making it more difficult to see or  locate.

The creeping renaming of this country is going on unabated.

The new "Government Identity" as presented above, is yet another reason why we must have English as one of our official languages, not as an after thought to  be left out or added as the writer sees fit.

Please get your friends and family to sign this petition urgently !

It is ironic that the official crest of New Zealand depicted on the government  logo above shows an English woman and a Maori chief on equal sides of the crest.

BUT  Updated Policy guidelines (2020)
