What shall we call our new dialect?'

This landed on my desk a few minutes ago.

"Jane will be offline for the week focusing on restoring her hauora and all emails are being redirected." (which bit of her was that?)

The Covid "Get your booster "adverts s are far worse examples of mixed language beamed into our lounges daily.

The question is what shall we call our new Aotearose dialect?

Minglish? Manglish?or Menglish?

(After all the French have "franglais" a mixture of Francais and Anglais- not an approved method of communication!)

We must get more signatures to get English recognised as an official language before it is totally obliterated by the new Pidgin.
