According to an article on Pottermore, Muggle disabilities would be "corrected" in the wizarding world. In our world, however, 18% of the world has a documented disability. These disabilities include the blind community, people with other visual impairments, people with dyslexia, people with learning disabilities, people with ADHD, people with ADD, and people who cannot physically hold a book.

These disabilities are among one of the many reasons why audiobooks are crucial. Yet, according to several news sources, Scholastic and Little, Brown Book Group are not planning on releasing an audiobook version of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

A wise woman once said that Hogwarts will always be there to welcome us home. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child echoes that mantra by inviting its readers back to the magical school. And now, I'm calling on that woman, Scholastic, and the Little, Brown Book Group to open Hogwarts' doors to everyone.
