Want to make sure you saw the latest update! As a signer, we would like to thank you for your support! We've spoken with lawyer Keenan Ballo out of Wheaton, Il and he is willing to take our case! We received Kennan's information from  Illinois Representative Amy Grant's Chief of Staff. He is currently working on masking and mandate cases for local gyms and other businesses. If, like us, you feel we should get together and build a case against the state for our babies, please email us at Ildaycaremaskchoice@gmail.com!  Once there is  enough of us to go forward with a lawsuit we will activate the https://www.givesendgo.com account we've set up to help fund the lawsuit. a lawsuit would entail suing the state of IL as well as daycares, based on my conversation with Kennan.  

Please understand that if we do not feel that there is enough support we will not activate the support fund. We refuse to start collecting money for a lawsuit we don't get enough funds and backing  for.

You guys, we have sat quiet long enough. It is time we did something for ours babies under 5. The school district lawsuits will not help us with daycare kids/preschoolers under Pritzker's EO. Currently local public schools can have holiday parties with parents involved....can you do that in your daycare? There are schools going mask choice in the state...any daycares/preschools taking that stance?
