Michael David Roye was wrongfully convicted of the murder of Casey Morgan. There is evidence to support that Michael is innocent. No murder weapon was found, Casey had the semen of RB in her body, A time of death was not established, Hair found in the hands of Casey Morgan was never tested to identify her real attacker, Casey's fingernail clippings were never tested for the DNA of her attacker after she fought her attacker to her death. Casey and RB had a long standing history of domestic violence and RB has a long criminal history. Michael Roye is an Army Veteran with no criminal history. RB lied repeatedly to investigators with the illinois state police. Illinois State Police failed to investigate this case to the fullest capacity. We want justice for Casey Morgan!
