So we're over 1,700 signatures, and getting set for the run to 1,800 and beyond.
Yesterday's daily petition update mentioned the radio programme where journalist Lucy Davalos was being interviewed about the petition on Buenos Aires radio station Radio Chudas, so here is the link to the broadcast (you may have to download the ivoox app first): http://www.ivoox.com/28399178
For English language speakers, our main contact in Argentina, @IzzyArg, has created a short translation video of the interview - see the link in today's graphic.
When we launched this petition on 27 July 2018, I promised to keep up these daily petition updates only until we got to 1k signatures, but it continued for a bit longer than 1k, didn't it.
Today's post (is it the 43rd? 44th?) will be the last daily update; from now on there will be a weekly update on Friday night/Saturday morning, tracking the most recent highlights related to the petition.
Of course, if there is any *amazing* breaking news to share immediately, we'll be back in here - like a Freight Train... on Methanol.
Stay cool, Izzy cool, until next week.
- Carlene
Next petition update: 14/15 Sep
