Wednesday, majority of the country is supposed to get to Bone chilling temperatures. Indy, as well as most the state,  will see extremely low temperatures Wednesday with wind chills ranging between -20 to -40 degrees. These weather conditions are extremely unsafe for both students and faculty members on IUPUI’s campus. The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning for Indiana and it's calling for just as low as 10 minutes in this weather will cause frostbite or even worse.
