Lands from the north of Florida along the coast to the St. John River back 30 miles from the sea were promised to the recently freed American Negroes that were the deciding in the Civil War. Florida has more of a debt owed than many states and they aren't going to weasel their way out now. Please if you are in Florida or have family in Florida send a message to your representative or governor or congresswoman to say that you stand against this proposal.
