Plastic Pollution free country

Plastic Pollution free country
The Issue
Companies making potato chips, soaps, cookies or any dry edible products wrapped in plastic bags, needs to switch to biodegradable bags.
Usually edible products and soaps come with expiry date , why not give them a greener coat that can also expire if not sold within the expiry date of the product.
Believe me these wrappers are filling up our lands, polluting our water and air silently. They are causing harm that we cant even imagine .
Companies like Pepsico, ITC Limited cant stay blindfolded on the plastic pollution that their products are causing and keep writing about achieving sustainable goals in their press releases on respective websites.
These plastics go unnoticed, but they are the biggest polluters.
If using biodegradable bags is nearly impossible bring in some policy , you can call it Consumer Money Back Policy (CMBP) where companies can charge INR 2-5 extra on all products mentioned above ,
On returning these bags to any shop one can get this amount back , this way the recycling may get easy instead of polluting land, air and water.
Secondly, even if one fails to returns and throws away the wrapper, any person who is looking to make some quick buck will automatically pick it up, return to any shop and indirectly contribute to environment.
