Thank you to all who are participating in this petition. A group which includes representatives from my office, the Registrar’s Office, and Financial Aid have been meeting to identify opportunities to extend the deadline for students to select a Pass/No Pass option and for departments to move a course to Credit/No Credit. We need to make sure we have reviewed all university policies and that we understand the implications (for students) of such a decision . We hope to have a new process in place for students by mid-week. Thank you all for your interest!

I would also like to take a quick moment to thank you for your patience as we face this unprecedented change to our lives. We truly do understand that this is not how you thought this semester would end. Be assured that Illinois State faculty and staff are committed to helping you complete this semester and continue to make progress toward your degree.
