A New Chapter for me began in 2022 when I settled one of my cases against one of the many hospitals who gaslit me, dismissed me and continued to ignore my symptoms which lead to severe Medical Malpractice - that case was so traumatic that I travelled to the USA to debreif - process - heal - make sense of it all & plan my next steps.
I will not be silenced by any Hospital or State Agency who are not resourced to look after our Community - it’s cost me too much emotionally & physically to be treated the way I have and since 2015 I have heard countless true stories from other women in the Community and it stops now by Communities United and Speaking Out
On my flight home I was ready to begin my Public Campaign to give a platform and a voice to every Woman in Ireland who has experienced medical Misogyny and call out why has it taken decades to support the Endometriosis Community Appropriately instead of being treated like we are less important.
Do not be fooled by what the Department of Health are proposing as all it is doing is rebranding Consultants who are not Specialists!
Any medical professional who are staying quiet, profiting off womens health, continuing to operate and misdiagnose our community, who continue to administer harsh treatments and who continue to butcher women’s bodies are not listening to patients this is Medically immoral, Medical Malpractice and thats not ok!
