It's proven fireworks distress wildlife and domestic animals 

Currently, almost anyone can hold a fireworks display wherever they would like. Whether it be in a town or the countryside, this has got to change. 

A fireworks display once a year in a town may still upset domestic pets, however, these pets are easier to comfort and make safe. 

In the countryside, there's farm animals and larger pets such as horses. These animals are almost impossible to comfort during a fireworks display and can cause serious harm to themselves when panicked. 

Again it's easier to move a small pet to somewhere the fireworks display is not taking place. Yet to move a herd of sheep or horses to another place for one night is a large and expensive undertaking. 

This is not asking for an outright ban on fireworks but that they just allowed within town limits and not near rural areas.
