Peel and Castletown branches of the Isle of Man is essential for local businesses and residents, many of whom cannot or do it drive, have life-limiting medical issues, and/or little or no support to get to another branch. These once small towns now have many thousands of residents and local businesses reply on the services in order that they can run their business effectively.

These branches are also an essential life-line for the elderly residents, many of whom do not use electronic means of payment. To take away this service completely is wholly unacceptable.
