Due to the increase in frequency and seriousness of vandalism and theft, including auto theft and attempted theft in the community of Red Hill Mauka, we strongly petition Island Palms Community Management to require 24-hour guards at the gate and implement other measures deemed necessary to ensure the safety of residents. We also petition that the Red Hill Elementary walk gate be secured by 8 pm and checked to ensure the safety of the residents and their property.
