We (the Participants) are humbly requesting to make the financial documents of ICP available for public inspection. This request is in compliance with the ICP's Bylaws Article 3, section 3.2, IRS Compliance Guide for Section 501(c)(3) Public Charities, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act 10 P.S. § 162.1 et seq. The list of requested documents should include but not limited to the following:
1. A detail summary of all financial transactions of ICP for the current period and last five years.
2. A detail summary of all financial transactions of Al-'Hikmeh Institute for the current period and last five years.
3. Form 1023, Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3), and all documents submitted with Form 1023.
4. Annual information return (Form 990 series) with schedules, attachments, and supporting documents filed with the IRS for last three years. This information should include the amount of contributions, the description of noncash contributions and others except identities of the contributor.
Kindly have these documents available within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this request. The requested documents could be available in the office at ICP's property, ICP's website or delivering a copy to any of the signatories below.
