Since this petition was launched, Maurice was released, but has experienced yet more troubles than anybody can imagine. 

Maurice writes that no court will give him justice. Only publicity. It is important

1. because of the extreme level of bullying and harassment of a 69-year-old Litigant in Person in a wheelchair: http://wp.me/p13xk8-yD falsely imprisoned since 14 October 2013;

2. because the BBC claims that the right to a fair trial is enshrined in the Magna Carta and that this right is still relevant today: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-11744827;

3. because prison conditions are abominable, medical negligence is extreme, legal proceedings can't be advanced despite an Order by HHJ Seys Llewellyn and the plan is to keep him until March 2015.

South Wales Police, Welsh Judiciary and Prisons need to be investigated - by the BBC - in the spirit of Magna Carta!
