I wanted to share this link for those of you who are experiencing a loss of income due to COVID-19. This link will prompt you to fill out a Google form which will give you the access code to attend a Zoom meeting on Tenants' Rights during COVID-19. The Zoom meeting is from 12:30-1:30 TODAY, Monday, April 6.

At this time, Irvine Company still hasn't announced any changes to their lease break policy nor have they lowered rent.

Some states don't have laws that protect tenants during life-altering events, like COVID-19. Irvine Company is definitely taking advantage of this to price-gauge its tenants. To learn more about these laws and what your rights as a tenant are, please refer to the link above.
