Jackson Hewitt has Abandoned it's customers, Refuse to answer any questions. provided disconnected numbers, declined to answer questions either in person at office or online. As 24 million or so Americans  look to the company they have ppaid money to to get answers the company has gone out of their way to run us around. The IRS needs to take a serious look at the Tax service practices. Most of the people who use this service are people who like us barely make a living. We can't let corporate greed, big business to do this to anyone.
