A team just does not mean the 15 persons who start in a game of hurling or football. The team are the starting 15, the substitutes, the managers, the selectors, the medical staff, the kit men and women, the water carriers and the background teams, etc. A team would not be where they are without all these people behind them.
The full panel of finalists are not allowed to attend The All Ireland finals, this needs to change as a team IS a full panel.  Please allow the full panel of each team to attend the All Ireland finals so that everyone of them enjoy the glory of the day and to feel good about all the time that they have given to GAA, most of them voluntarily.
