The dangerous dog act has been in place since 1991. It names a number of dogs on the act to which must follow strict guidelines. The act in hand has not been updated for many years. Dogs are been euthanized for been a certain breed! It'd discrimination at its best. New Breeds of dogs have came to light in which Council/ Government members are classing as dangerous because of there origin. The Co Council is now strongly enforcing this law and forcing family members to rehome there loved family pet within 7 days or have the dog euthanized without any assessment! The majority of these dogs are pets that help people who suffer from many illnesses from depression, autism, social anxiety and many more the list goes on. Stop killing our beautiful fur babies! The Government's/organisation of the world today want us to stop discrimination on gender,race, religion, ethnic backgrounds ect but yet stand by as they discriminate against dogs for been a certain breed. Its time for a change to save our pets. Stop killing our loved pets due to discrimination!
