The Issue
Irish Girl Amy Fitzpatrick sadly disappeared in Mijas in Costa Del Sol in 2008 age 15.
Our family get no updates from Spanish police and we need a cold case review for Amy's case . We have been trying to get a cold case review by the national police but are told they do not do cold cases in Spain.
We would like to fight for the automatic right for a cold case review for a family of a missing person abroad at intervals of 1 year, 5 years and 10 years for all of the EU and the family to receive a briefing from the police.
