There is a long delay in Prestige Bella Vista handover and there is no definite information flow from the officials in Chennai. The standard answer which we are getting from the officials in Chennai is "Sir / Madam next month we will give the possession"  The quality of workmanship is pathetic and most of the buyers have had at least 3 to 4 PDI's and still the problem persists. Looks like prestige is more into selling in Chennai than keeping up the quality.

Most of the buyers are from service class and have taken a home loan for their dream home in Bella Vista. They have even made the payments in full and have already been paying the interest and the EMI's but still there 'dream home' is a distant dream.

We would thus request Mr Irfan to take the command in his own hand or have one of his best Lieutenant take charge of the project and get the delivery done as soon as possible with the quality and features as promised by the company.
