"Toby's Law" - An end to Animal Abuse in Ireland

With the ever-increasing, horrific animal abuse cases here in Ireland, it is time to speak up and speak out and be a voice for those who have none.

A petition to enforce the following into LAW in Ireland;

(A) All and any person(s) in Ireland to be Guarda vetted before claiming ownership of any animal;

(B) All and any person(s) in Ireland found guilty of animal abuse of any kind; (Torture, neglect, abuse, starvation, animal cruelty of any kind, subjecting any animal of any kind to a lack of clean water and food and a safe place to sleep) to be prosecuted under "Toby's Law" and to be dealt a lifetime ban on owning any animal;

(C) All and any person(s) who are found guilty to be given a €5,000.00 Fine for each count of cruelty & Abuse to be then distributed among the numerous animal shelters/animal homes here in Ireland;

(D) All and any person(s) found guilty to have their names and faces publically published on all social media platform(s), radio, Television and Newspaper(s) throughout the country of Ireland.
