Minister Eamon Ryan gave us a non-answer to a request for information on the status of the N52 Ardee Bypass. Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Louth County Council have done the same. 

Ireland's Curlews are on the brink of extinction. Ireland's Curlew Conservation Programme just released the 2021 report. Only thirty four (34!) breeding pairs of Curlew were confirmed this year.

The Curlews in Ardee Bog have had their habitat destroyed by (illegal) fencing installed in preparation for the N52 Ardee bypass.

This is ECOCIDE. We will continue to demand RIGHTS OF NATURE be acknowledged and that criminal "development" projects like this road are stopped before they begin. 

We are in a CLIMATE EMERGENCY. Come on Ireland, time to act like it.

PS: The N52 Ardee bypass is FLAWED. The image here shows that Ardee needs a bypass of the N2 at the south end of town. Everyone knows this is where the majority of traffic comes from. Why has this idiotic road been dragged out for twenty years?
