I want government to take severe action against cheating insurance companies
The Issue

I'm Nibedita Rout from Odisha I had purchased a two wheeler package policy from Royal sundaram insurance Co limited through PolicyBazaar.Com on 16/12/2019 . My policy has been activated since 19/12/2019. With Policy number " VMPB217049000100 . But my repair claim I placed on 14/01/2020 had got rejected stating that " there is a misrepresentation of fact about my previous policy provider " . While in real I had not updated any such information as previous insurer information was not required , I do possess the proposal letter where it is clearly mentioned that previous insurer details is not applicable. But still my claim has been rejected several times .
With guidance from IRDAI I went to Meet M.R Samsundar (GRO ) in Chennai to report my issue in written but unfortunately I couldn't get in touch with him neither in person nor by phone even after trying several times . But with some guidance from office staff I contacted MR Murali and Mr Arul , and explained them my issue . Then I received a call from MR Binit pattnayak claims department Bhubaneswar to whom I again explain everything and send him my Proposal letter " WHERE IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT PREVIOUS INSURER INFORMATION IS NOT REQUIRED " . He then assure me that my claim Is legit and mistake is done by either their side or by aggregator . Therefore my issue will be resolved soon. But today I got another mail stating the same rejection letter , which also states that it is according to IRDAI complaint I made on 10/02/2020 . For which IRDAI token number is 02-20-005646 . These insurance companies are very ignorant about consumer rights . They simply don't want to validate anything even if the claim is legitimate . First they tried to falsely accuse me for their internal mistake now even after providing them enough proof to validate my claim they are simply ignoring me .
Till now I have not received any help from any authority.
My vehicle has been there in authorised service center since a month . I'm a working mother with an infant child , My husband is in Indian army. I'm a lecturer in government college which is 20 km away from my residence . Kindly help
