These are two people being charged with the same thing except the woman killed two people and Troy accidently killed one. Troy was also being shot at during the incident that involved his girlfriend, which he has an witness to support his claim. Troy was in the hospital not even 24 hours and was sent to polk county jail and charged expeditiously while a man who killed his daughter and wife and attempted to kill his self is still sitting in the hospital. Troy had to be taken out of the car with the jaws of life.
