Iowa Democratic Party Must Release Raw Caucus Vote Totals & Submit to Independent Audit

The Issue

Credible media sources are reporting serious irregularities occurring in the February 1st Iowa Caucus (as documented and sourced in the above video link).

It has been reported that in 90 Iowa precincts, the IDP failed to independently tally the vote total for these precincts instead contacting the Sanders & Clinton's campaigns to provide missing information, a serious and significant breach.  This effected 5% of the vote tally, and this discrepancy makes it impossible to know the actual vote outcome in these ninety precincts.  The difference between Clinton and Sanders now stands at .2 (POINT TWO) percent, a statistical tie.  The Iowa Democratic Party should immediately RETRACT its statement of Clinton as a 'apparent winner' when the conduct of the IDP by this ONE action has made it impossible to know the true result in Iowa.  A full independent and outside audit of this situation will be required to help determine the actual vote totals in these precincts.

Additionally, it has been documented through C-Span video that a Clinton Precinct Captain mislead voters about the caucus process and deliberately miscounted vote totals of Clinton voters not in the room.  This was challenged by Sanders Caucus goers however the incorrect vote tally was allowed to stand.  This is only one example of dozens of reports being reported on social media this morning from Iowa Caucus attendees and additional videos are beginning to surface.

It is IMPERATIVE that the American people are able to trust the integrity of our election process. Any actions that threaten this process need to be immediately and independently investigated and audited to ensure an accurate vote count.  The Iowa Democratic Party therefore needs to show good faith action to demonstrate to voters they are committed to ensuring an accurate representation of the true vote count and will of the People.  Therefore, we immediate insist the following actions be taken:

The Iowa Democratic Party IMMEDIATELY release the Raw Vote Totals from the February 1st 2016 Iowa Caucus.  This should be public record and open display of vote count is imperative for the American people to better understand the results of the Iowa Caucus.

Bernie Sander's campaign immediately petition the Iowa Democratic Party to allow an immediate audit of vote counts from the February 1, 2016 caucus and the IDP grant permission for an independent investigation into possible misconduct into the Clinton campaign for possible voter fraud and vote rigging.

The Iowa Caucus will refrain from stating a winner to the Iowa caucus of 2016 until all audits and independent investigations are complete
