With the current lost confidence in Superintendent Dignan, our school district does not approve of his management of our district any longer. His approach at handling the financial negligence our district faces has made our community, staff, and students lose faith in his ability to properly conduct his position any further.

Superintendent Dignan has created a culture of fear among staff and students, abused his power, and engaged in fiscal mismanagement with failed accounting practices. He has mismanaged education and curriculum while withholding critical information from both the School Board and the community. This lack of transparency has eroded trust among peers, staff, community members, and students.

Additionally, there have been instances of financial negligence such as failing to properly budget for salary increases and overspending without accountability. These actions have had a detrimental impact on our school district's financial health.

We demand an immediate investigation into these serious allegations against Superintendent Dignan as we question his ability to show proper and responsible leadership within the Wayne-Westland School District.
