We are deeply concerned about the wellbeing of the 4-year-old child and the animals in the care of TikTok user, Gabi Jacobson, who constantly produces content on the platform. Jacobson purports her child has autism but reveals he has not been comprehensively diagnosed, raising questions about the appropriateness of his care. Furthermore, she discloses her refusal to vaccinate her son with no clear medical justification. In the U.S, less than 1% of children aged 19-35 months have received no vaccinations, a statistic that underscores the importance given to vaccinations (Source: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

Strikingly, she is also accused of participating in welfare fraud and fabricating court documents, all the while pretending to be a lawyer/paralegal. This puts her credibility into question and paints a concerning picture about the integrity of this individual. Additionally, there are alleged instances of animal neglect. Animal neglect is prohibited under the Animal Welfare Act, and hence, deserves serious attention.

We assert an urgent need for an investigation into Gabi Jacobson both for the well-being of her child, who may not be getting the necessary care and attention, and the animals in her charge, who may not be getting appropriate care.
