I was threatened today by Postmaster Duddy at the Jim Thorpe, PA post office.
Today, after getting back from my route at 4pm, the Postmaster of the Jim Thorpe, PA 18229 post office was waiting for me on the dock. Before I could even make it to the dock, the Postmaster ACCOSTED AND VERBALLY ASSAULTED ME, YELLING PROFANITY AFTER PROFANITY AT ME FROM THE TOP OF HER LUNGS. She ordered me to remove parts of my petition. I told her not to start with me and she FALSELY accused me of harassing her for 4 years and being a criminal even though I have evidence to prove it's the other way around. Even though I asked her to stop, she proceeded to get louder and louder telling me to go "FUCK MYSELF" and stated several times "I'M COMING AFTER YOU NOW" and proceeded to show both her middle fingers at me.
Petition or no petition, this Postmaster had no right displaying this type of behavior, in any setting, let alone in a workplace! I have a legal right to defend myself from this ABUSER AND CRIMINAL WHO HAS BEEN TARGETING ME SINCE JULY 2023, after I reported an intoxicating coworker's harassment and how this Postmaster knew about her harassment and intoxication at work and did nothing about either one! For years this ABUSER and the abusive coworker, were shielded by USPS Management, the OIG's office and Inspector Sean Phillips. They were given the right to ABUSE me and did so whenever they pleased while all my complaints to USPS management, the OIG's office, Inspector Sean Phillips, the Union and Politicians went 100% IGNORED.
Now this Postmaster is facing the consequences of her horrible decision and attempt to fire me in March 2025. I made the conscientious decision in March 2025, to publicly speak out against this ABUSER who was trying to ruin my life with the help of her colleagues. I have legal rights to do so and this Postmaster of a Federal Agency is now VERBALLY ASSAULTING ME AND THREATENING ME because I made the decision I was going to STAND UP FOR MYSELF!
After today's incident, this Postmaster should 100% be IMMEDIATELY removed from this office! But after spending the last 4 years watching all these authority figures DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I already know what will happen come any investigation at all. The District Office will DO NOTHING! THE OIG's office will DO NOTHING! Sean Phillips will DO NOTHING! OSHA will DO NOTHING! Ryan MacKenzie's office will DO NOTHING! John Fetterman's office will DO NOTHING!
These are your lovely Federal Agencies who since January of 2022, DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS AT THE JIM THORPE POST OFFICE AND THE ABUSE THAT WAS OCCURRING THERE ON A DAILY BASIS!
I went to the Jim Thorpe police department after work today to file a report on this Postmaster for her threat but I will get told the same thing I got told in June 2025 after a coworker THREATENED TO MURDER ME; it's out of their jurisdiction. Yes, Sean Phillips got in touch with the Police department before I was even able to in June 2025 and I suspect he told the Police department to stay out of it and I predict will do the same this time around.
These are now 2 viable threats in a 14 month period at this Post Office. 1 by a Postmaster who just so happens to be the only manager in this office. The other by a coworker who is being shielded by this Postmaster.
This is not the first time this Postmaster has displayed this type of behavior. This very same day, in the morning, a witness heard the Postmaster cursing my branch president extensively.
We also had an incident in this office where Postmaster Duddy was screaming at tourists who were turning around in our Postal lot, saying "I hope you get hit, I hope you die." Pretty hypocritical for a Postmaster who is a proven serious pathological liar and has lied several times about my conduct in this office and has accused my petition of publicly portraying the Postal Service in a bad light. This woman has no shame. Since July 2023, her actions have been a complete and utter embarrassment to not only this Federal agency but to the entire town of Jim Thorpe. And the district office has zero shame for allowing this all to happen.
