I am returning to work tomorrow.

I am returning to work tomorrow after almost 3 months away due to the ASSAULT by Postmaster Dana Yaglowski Duddy on 08/13/2026.  Due to her ASSAULT I was forced to go out of work with a mental work injury.  I tried returning to work at the end of September only for the USPS to put this ASSAULTER right back at the office 4 days after my return.  So I was forced to go out of work once again. 

Both the corrupt USPS and the Department of Labor will try denying me my work benefits saying it was not a work injury even though I have medical documentation saying otherwise.  This is not the end of this fight though because there will be MAJOR punitive damages forthcoming in an EEO lawsuit against USPS for the 3 months I was forced to go out of work.

I look forward to returning on my route tomorrow and look forward to our busiest season.  The NALC is fighting on my behalf to get this situation with this ASSAULTER resolved.  If this ASSAULTER so happens to return to this office, the Jim Thorpe police department and several politicians were already made aware that this Postmaster threatened me and the corrupt USPS did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it.
