THOMAS CSER- Tom Cser is the president of my branch, branch 274 of the NALC.  I give him credit for supporting my right to petition but unfortunately he didn't realize I would also be outing out his own branch for their lack of action the last 4 years at the Jim Thorpe post office. 

Had any official from branch 274 acted on my behalf there is a good chance I wouldn't have gone through 50% of the abuse I had to deal with.  Tom Cser lied to me in 2025 about not knowing what was going on with my abusive coworker, Mary Goodhile.  He has known since the summer of 2021 when I first told him about Mary Goodhile, Robert Mangarell and Jennifer Torraco.  He stopped by this office in 2021 for a meeting between everyone and the only thing he told me about my coworkers is that they "fucking" hated me. He never did anything to stop what was going on in this office.  He never did anything about the fact that I was being ganged up on by 3 people.

He has also known for the last year that Dana Yaglowski was targeting me at this office.  I also warned Tom several times over the last year that my grievance representative, Chad Dreisbach, was not filing the disparate treatment grievances I was asking him to file.  I requested a different representative on multiple occasions to which was denied by Tom Cser.

When it came to Mary Goodhile threatening to murder me, I was told by the union it was Tom's responsibility to file a safety grievance on my behalf.  Tom Cser had the audacity to ask me what safety violation occurred for that grievance.  This was just another example of my branch doing everything they could to protect an abusive employee once again at my cost.

The only time my branch stepped up for me were the 3 times I was unjustly put on Emergency Placement by 2 Postmasters and put up for termination.  The NALC only cares when something affects their pockets.  If they are at risk of an employee being fired and losing union dues, they do everything to get you back.  But if an employee would be wrongfully terminated by USPS and the NALC did not get them their job back, they could be subject to a lawsuit.  So the NALC does everything to ensure they get the employee back to work.  As far as the abuse and harassment go, they tell us to file grievances.  In my case, those grievances were never filed.  But quite honestly USPS management do not care about grievances.  It does nothing to stop the behavior.  The NALC's grievance system when it comes to abuse and harassment by coworkers and management is a slap on the wrist to management and a slap in the face to the carriers. 

I do not know what work he has done in other offices but he is a complete and utter failure of a branch president at the Jim Thorpe post office. 

CHAD DREISBACH- Chad Dreisbach has been my grievance representative in instances where I was not the steward at the Jim Thorpe post office and my 3 Emergency Placements.  

I first met him during my first Emergency Placement by Jennifer Torraco.  My impression was he was a strong union representative who wasn't going to put up with the bullshit of our management and was going to protect his union members. 

That all changed with Dana Yaglowski's arrival to my office.  I was told on several occasions by Dana Yaglowski that she knew Chad very well and they were friends who called each other often at work to give each other advice. 

Chad Dreisbach over the course of the last 2 years has never provided me with any copies of my disparate treatment grievances I requested from him.  I have given several examples of disparate treatment by Dana Yaglowski.  The first disparate treatment grievance Chad told me it was not disparate treatment.  The 2nd disparate treatment grievance he said Dana Yaglowski hung up a sign at the timeclock.  That is not how grievances work.  Chad Dreisbach was supposed to have a copy of this grievance.  I was never handed anything.  The 3rd disparate treatment grievance I asked Chad to file, he told me it wasn't settled in office with Dana Yaglowski and it was going down to DRT (the Dispute Resolution Team).  I waited a whole year for the results of that grievance, only to find out I had been lied to.  The grievance was never filed and it didn't exist.

On a separate occasion at work, Dana Yaglowski denied me EEO time on the clock at work.  She told me she had a phone conversation with Chad Dreisbach and he had told her to deny me the EEO time because I wasn't allowed to request the time on the form I filled out.  I texted Chad about this.  He never responded.  I told Tom Cser about this incident.  He informed me Chad was wrong and Dana couldn't deny me that EEO request on that form.

In another incident, I was yelled at by Dana Yaglowski on the Postal lot that I needed to punch out, go home and I was being charged with unauthorized overtime because I was late to work that day.  Once again, Dana said she was following what Chad Dreisbach told her to do.  Nevermind I am rarely late, I wasn't allowed to work past 4:30 that day and had to go home without my 8 hour guarantee, Mary Goodhile is late by at least 1 hour everyday and is always allowed to work past 4:30.  I wonder if Chad Dreisbach said anything to his friend Dana about this.  Tom Cser is aware of everything I have ever told him about Chad Dreisbach's misrepresentation.  I am not aware that Tom Cser ever conducted any investigation on Chad.

Since Tom Cser refuses to provide me with a different union representative, I am stuck with Chad Dreisbach at all or most of my PDIs (Pre-Disciplinary Interviews).  I have received several PDIs since I started this petition.  Chad Dreisbach told me I should not be posting anything online about work.  Yes this person who has misrepresented me over the last 2 years and allowed his Postmaster "friend" to almost ruin my career twice, told me I should keep quiet.

That is so easy for someone to tell someone else to shut up about a situation when they themselves have never been in my position, facing 2 abusive coworkers and 2 abusive Postmasters who almost ruined my career and my life.

I gave up my stewardship with the NALC due to the lack of action by my branch.  I knew eventually the way things were going, I was going to have no choice someday but to rat out my abusive coworkers, something the NALC gets furious about.  I just never considered ratting out my branch until after the March 2025 Emergency Placement.  You can only go through something so many times and watch your union do so little for you over and over again.

TINA WELLER- I really can't believe I'm forced to write about a woman from my union who was only at my office twice during the 4 years.  Tina Weller is the vice-president of my branch 274 and she is without a shadow of a doubt the most despicable person I have ever come across as my union representative. 

She was at the Jim Thorpe post office in 2021 for a PDI being given to me by Jennifer Torraco.  Tina Weller asked me what was going on. I told her Jennifer Torraco was a lunatic who was trying to get me fired.  During the PDI, everything going on the floor at work with Mary Goodhile and Robert Mangarell was brought up.  Tina Weller told me it was all "gossip" and I needed to "let it go in 1 ear and out the other".  This comment has stuck with me ever since because what these people were doing to me in this office wasn't "gossip".  It was 3 people trying to destroy my career and my life.  Before Tina Weller left that day in 2021, she made the comment to me, "they have statements against you".

Fast forward to October 2024.  The day after the altercation with Mary Goodhile once again in which I left work and went to Susan Wild's office, Tina Weller was up here for a meeting with me and Dana Yaglowski to find out what happened. 

During the meeting, Mary Goodhile's drinking on the job came up.  When I was telling Dana Yaglowski about the drinking incidents at work, Tina commented, "you better have proof of that".  So essentially my union representative during this meeting was accusing me of lying about my coworker's drinking on the job.  She and Dana Yaglowski had no concern about an employee driving a Postal vehicle while under the influence of alcohol but asked me if I would be OK to drive a Postal vehicle with anxiety issues.  Yes this is what they actually did in trying to spin the whole situation on myself. 

Then at the end of the meeting, Tina Weller mentioned EAP to me, the Employee Assistance Program.  She made the comment to me that EAP has very good therapists who can treat depression, all while Dana Yaglowski nodded her head.  All of a sudden Tina Weller, believing she had a medical degree was falsely accusing me of having depression and was trying to make me out to be a sick person.  This is often a tactic the USPS does to employees who speak out, make them out to look like the psychos or the sick person.  I never expected the same tactic being used by my own union.  I came out of this meeting feeling both attacked by Dana Yaglowski and my own union representative, Tina Weller.  This was essentially the last straw for me.

My witness told me, that they tried to have a talk with Tina Weller that day to explain everything that was going on in this office but she was completely uninterested and changed the subject. 

Once again before Tina Weller left our office that day in October 2024, she once again told me, "they have statements against you".  A few months back I requested a copy of all of these "statements" by everyone that supposedly existed.  I was given absolutely NOTHING by Tom Cser to substantiate their accusations that there were "statements against me".  This tells me the only 2 times Tina Weller was up here she purposely lied about those statements to try to shut me up.  Yes, this is the vice-president of branch 274.  Utterly despicable.
