Upon my return to the office today there was a Postmaster from another office there waiting for me.  I was issued a 14 day "working" suspension for the updates I posted to my petition in which I publicly named the individuals responsible over the last 4 years at the Jim Thorpe post office. 

I'm not worried about the discipline because the NALC will have no choice but to get it dismissed.  I'm just showing the scare tactics the USPS uses to try to scare and intimidate employees who speak out against USPS abuse and harassment. 

I'll be forwarding this disciplinary letter to many individuals and agencies. I will now be showing the abuse of power by the USPS to think they have the right to interfere with my 1st amendment and whistle-blower rights.  This is just another piece of evidence I now have to use against the USPS. 

It's very interesting the USPS now changed the characters and have a different Postmaster and MPOO doing the dirty work of signing off on my disciplinary letters.  The 2 individuals who signed off on this disciplinary letter, Valerie and Joseph, will have EEO charges filed against them.  Since they disciplined me over the content of my petition that now means these 2 individuals are aware of 75% of the incidents at the Jim Thorpe post office.
