Investigate the State of New Hampshire's cover ups of child abuse
The Issue
Decades of horrific child abuse at the Youth Detention Center in Manchester New Hampshire (also known as the Sununu Youth Services Center) has resulted in several arrests and now hundreds of lawsuits.

However, this abuse was allowed to continue due to several factors - abuse of federal grants and cover ups by New Hampshire Public Officials including Governors, AGs, City Council Members, State Agencies (NHCADSV, DCYF, CAC), Police Departments, members of the Judiciary, members of the Executive Council, Supreme Court Chief Justices and attorneys/law firms who worked with these.
The current Chair of the NH Judicial Selection Committee is Charles ("Chuck") Douglas III. He used to be NH Supreme Court Chief Justice and per the current lawsuit filed by David Vicinanzo on behalf of the victims ruled "that a 13-year-old girl who had been raped could be jailed at the YDC for failing to name her rapist..."In that case the 13-year-old girl was impregnated. When the girl declined to identify th efather, the lower court held her in contempt and locked her up at YDC."
David Vicinanzo, filing the complaints against the YDC is working with the NHCADSV (who he also represents - itself a conflict of interests) who worked over the years in conjunction with the DCYF who "Downplayed the results of its investigations" including calling for interns to delete files.
There is no doubt whatsoever that there have been decades of abusive behavior against minors endorsed by public officials in New Hampshire who have used children as pawns in their despicable club of corruption.
I hope that Senator Burr, the Senate HELP committee, Senate Ways & Means Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the US Department of Justice and the Department of Education will launch a full scale and transparent inquiry into New Hampshire and the public officials including Governors, Senators, Members of Congress, AGs, Police Department, DOC, Children's Agencies, DCYF, DHHS for decades of cover ups.
