Investigate Temecula school board member for bullying and intimidation

Investigate Temecula school board member for bullying and intimidation
The Issue
We, the undersigned, call for an immediate and independent investigation into the conduct of Joseph Komrosky, a member of the Temecula Valley Unified School District Governing Board.
Our schools should be places of respect, safety, and inclusion, not environments where parents, teachers, or staff feel intimidated or silenced.
Yet many in our community have witnessed or experienced troubling behavior that raises serious concerns:
Why are mothers being interrupted, confronted, or intimidated while exercising their right to speak at public board meetings?
What actions were taken to pressure or influence Melinda Anderson, and were those actions appropriate? What exactly took place in the private meeting between Tim Thompson, Jason, Greg, and Melinda Anderson, and why did her position change so suddenly afterward? The public deserves transparency on whether intimidation or coordinated influence played a role, especially considering these same individuals openly support Joseph Komrosky.
Why are there ongoing reports of bullying and hostile treatment toward female teachers?
This pattern of behavior, if left unaddressed undermines public trust, discourages community participation, and creates a harmful environment for educators and families alike.
Public officials are accountable to the people they serve. No one should be made to feel afraid to speak, participate, or do their job because of intimidation or abuse of authority.
We call on appropriate oversight authorities to:
Launch a formal, independent investigation
Review board meeting conduct and communications
Speak with affected parents, teachers, and staff
Take appropriate action to ensure accountability
Our community deserves leadership that listens, respects, and serves with integrity.
Mothers are being interrupted. Teachers are being bullied. Voices are being silenced.
Why?
Sign the petition to investigate Joseph Komrosky and demand accountability.
