SIXT RENT A CAR is a car rental company that has been known to accuse and charge customers for FALSE DAMAGE CLAIMS, BILLING MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME VEHICLE AND/OR VEHICLE THAT YOU NEVER RENTED, CHARGING EXORBITANT FEES FOR GAS (even if you bring the car back with a full tank of gas), CHARGING EXORBITANT FEES FOR TOLLS (even if you purchase an electronic toll pass), CHARGING AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT FOR MINOR DAMAGES ON VEHICLES, CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR SMOKING IN VEHICLES (even if you do not smoke), CHARGING FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE (even if you didn't use roadside assistance), COMMITTING TO AN UPGRADE AND LYING ABOUT HIDDEN FEES, etc. 

Their customer service does not respond to phone calls and emails. They simply ignore customers and leave them hanging with no support whatsoever.  Customers are left paying hundreds and thousands of dollars in fees they were never responsible for in the first place!

We need a thorough investigation into this company. How have they been getting away with this for so long? How are they getting away with committing credit card fraud with no repercussions? Whose pocketing all the money that they are stealing from customers? How many more victims will they take advantage of before something is done?!?!

I have read 100's of negative reviews at this point of customers sharing the same, similar experience of SIXT rent a car. We need to grab the attention of lawyers, news outlets, journalists, etc. to investigate and report this criminal behavior.
