Wood County, Texas residents are pleading for an investigation of a corrupt Judicial system, after not finding any justice within reach.. 

People's Constitutional rights are violated regularly by a notoriously corrupt Constable and the DA's office has been condoning and concealing his crimes for far too long. 

Complaints filed against this Constable for his unethical and illegal behaviors go nowhere.The county prosecutor will not allow investigations to be done by anyone in the county and other offices will not investigate without DA approval. 

The local Texas Ranger has failed us all.

The community asks that someone initiate an investigation, beginning with the most recent video of the constable using Excessive Force and filing false charges. The man in the video did not resist. The man in the video did not injure the constable. But one of the charges are for resisting arrest and another is for injuring a police officer. 

Once again, the Wood county officers body worn camera footage is being denied to the public, although it is public information. There is video evidence that will show what the victim alleges happened is true and that the constable committed more serious offenses against him.

This man was attacked by the constable from behind, while he was handcuffed and compliant and not threatening in any way. One of these mans charges that the Constable filed was for resisting arrest when there was never any resistance. The attack was caught on the Constable's former deputy's body camera. Almost three years later, there is no word back on whether the victim can press assault charges against the Constable or not. He and his family have tried and gotten nowhere with the WCDA.

The District Attorney's office is acting unethically and immorally, based on their decision to protect the constable instead of his victims.
