Petition update"Unlikely" is not acceptable. TEST for ZIKV, WNV, SLEV, and Wolbachia. Why Does the Narrative Keep Changing?

When six North Atlantic right whales died, Tonya Wimmer told CBC news: "There is nothing on them. There doesn't seem to be anything apparent from the outside."
Later, the pathologists' report revealed that two whales died from entanglements. The pathologists did not look beyond 2008 data. Based on a personal opinion that Zika, WNV, SLEV, and Wolbachia infections were "unlikely", they did NOT test for those pathogens.
The evidence for blunt trauma (in four or five whales) was "severe internal bleeding" which could have been caused by those aforementioned viral and/or bacterial infections — not to mention foul play with these carcasses.
But this week, the CBC posted this story: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/right-whale-endangered-center-biological-diversity-1.4377974
Notably, it states:
"All seven of the whale entanglements this year are believed to have been caused by snow crab fishing gear ..."
"It's the rope that's the problem for entanglement," said Kristen Monsell.
WAIT a minute . . WHAT?
The pathologists' report deemed four or five whales to have suffered "severe internal bleeding" which THEY attributed to blunt force trauma caused by SHIP STRIKES (even though their deaths could have easily been caused by infections or foul play).
"Entanglements" would mean there would be cuts or abrasions on their skin, right? But remember, Tonya Wimmer said, "There's nothing on them. There doesn't seem to be anything apparent from the outside."
And I find it really strange that there is no mention of outrage from the snow crab fishing industry. I would think they would be appalled at being blamed for the death of these precious creatures.
Unless, of course, they are being compensated in some way for being a willing scapegoat?
Sadly, I fear we will see more die-offs and strange sightings of aquatic species that are NOT healthy (and probably in humans too, especially men). With 16 citations: http://www.infobarrel.com/Wolbachia-Infected_Aedes_An_Ill-Fated_Experiment_in_French_Polynesia_
And, unfortunately, there's another push to blame Canadians for North Atlantic right whale deaths (see video above).
