A NATIONWIDE CALL FOR TRANSPARENCY, DISCLOSURE, & ACCOUNTABILITY 

For over two decades, Leadership Team Development-(LTD) and similar Amway Approved "Tools Systems" have operated in the shadows. They profit from hidden ticket revenue, secret hotel kickbacks, undisclosed payouts, & deceptive business practices that thousands of Amway Distributers/IBOs were never told existed. 

The petition is not just for LTD. It is for every single Amway Approved Tools System that used the same tactics: BWW, URA, WWDB, N21, & the entire Amway "training" ecosystem. 

For years these organizations have told Amway IBOs/Distributers that event fees were "just rental costs", that hotel bookings were "for convenience", & that Tools Subscriptions were "pure training". But new evidence reveals a completely different reality:

1. Secret Hotel Kickbacks 

Internal emails show LTD event staff requesting 10% commissions from partner hotels every time an Amway IBO/Distributer booked a room through LTD's link. Amway Distributers/IBOs were never told that their hotel money was creating hidden income streams for higher ups. 

2. Free Venues, Full-Priced Tickets

Cities and venues gave LTD conference spaces for free due to the economic boost from thousands of attendees. Yet LTD charged full admission prices while hiding the fact that the event have no venue cost at all. 

3. Withheld Conference Payouts

A letter from Amway Double Diamond Joe Markiewicz to Larry Winters documents months of withheld conference income owed to higher ups. If Amway Double Diamonds weren't getting paid, imagine the downline/recruits. 

4. Undisclosed Income & Deception by Omission 

Tools Systems never disclosed that:

• Higher ups profited from meetings
• Higher ups profited from tickets
• Higher ups profited from hotels
• Higher ups profited from subscriptions

Every Amway IBO/Distributer was told these fees were simply "to help the team" when in reality, they created hidden compensation structures that violate consumer protection laws. 

5. Wire Fraud

Conference tickets and hotel bookings were processed online under false pretenses. Under federal law, this meets the definition of Wire Fraud-(a felony). 

6. Sales Tax Violations 

If any part of a meeting fee becomes profit, it must be taxed. LTD and other Tools Systems claimed all fees were "rental costs", avoiding sales tax entirely, while higher ups quietly profited in the background.

WHAT THIS PETITION DEMANDS 

We, the undersigned, call for: 

1. A Multi-State Investigation 

Into LTD, BWW, URA, WWDB, N21, and all Amway Tools Systems. 

2. Mandatory Public Disclosure 

of their full Tools Compensation Plans, including 

• Event Revenue
• Hotel commissions
• Payouts to higher ups
• Subscription profits 

3. Refund Pathways 

for Amway Distributers/IBOs who paid for 

• Conferences
• Hotel blocks
• Info Sessions
• Team Meetings
• Tools Subscriptions that were sold under deceptive or undisclosed financial conditions. 

4. Stronger Regulation

of all MLM Tool Systems that operate outside Amway's official compensation plan. 

WHY THIS MATTERS

Tens of thousands of Amway Distributers/IBOs have been misled for years, paying into systems that generated undisclosed revenue for higher ups  who were never transparent about their financial interests. 

Amway Approved Tools Systems built empires in the dark. This petition is the first step in pulling all of them into the light.
