Investigate Kenneth And Cecilia Wriedt And Protect Dogs From Neglect
The Issue
Seven months ago, I sold a puppy from my litter to Kenneth and Cecilia Wriedt. Two days ago, that same puppy was found on the side of the road with another brindle pit bull. By the grace of God, one of my close friends was the person who found them, and they are now being cared for instead of being left to suffer.
What we found is heartbreaking. These dogs are full of worms and dealing with bacterial infections after being kept in a kennel for far too long. A vet has said this puppy appears to have never been properly cared for and was fed only enough to keep her alive after I sold her. No animal should ever be treated this way.
I am calling on local animal control and law enforcement to investigate this case fully and determine whether neglect or abandonment took place. If the evidence supports it, they should use every legal tool available to make sure the people responsible do not have the chance to harm another animal again. This includes enforcing animal cruelty and neglect laws, documenting the condition of these dogs, and taking steps to prevent future ownership if permitted under local law.
This is not just about one puppy. It is about making sure animals are not left in kennels without care, denied proper food, or abandoned on the side of the road. When obvious warning signs are ignored, more animals can suffer in silence.
At the same time, these dogs need immediate support. They need proper veterinary treatment, recovery, and a real chance at a healthy life. I am asking people who care about animals to stand with us, support their treatment, and speak up for stronger action when neglect is this severe.
Please sign this petition to urge local authorities to investigate Kenneth and Cecilia Wriedt and take action to protect dogs from neglect and abandonment. These animals deserve justice, and they deserve a future where they are safe.
