Social media was in an uproar recently after seeing ACO Kathy Joline post threatening to kill a stray dog if the owner wasn't found in 48 hours.
The images of the dog show that he is being handled improperly and combined with her threats, it was more then people could take.

Joline was contacted by many people and Dog rescues who offered to take the dog in, but all she had to offer in return was attitude and ignorance.

She did not accept any offers of help.

We demand an investigation. We demand to know where this dog is.
We demand that she be held accountable for her threats against an innocent animal and her handling of said animal.

She is not fit to be an Animal Control Officer  and we demand her removal immediately.
