This petition is to make J&T Express Philippines take action on everything about the parcel delivery services and the issues of riders that always mark the "Refused by Buyer" tag even though they did not arrive at the customer's area. Most riders are not doing their job by informing their customer to verify that the item will be set to deliver on a particular day and time even through text or call.

J&T Express Philippines don't have sufficient agents or customer service to help those customers who have an issue with their parcels stuck in their warehouse or hub for so long then somebody will mark it as RTS, some parcels are just LOST in transit, then J&T Express staff just keep promising and others just telling it to be escalated but nobody really taking an action.

Their partner Shopee doesn't have any control when wrong tagging is done by those stupid lazy dumb riders of J&T. So this petition must be escalated for real.
